With a desire to relocate their corporate offices to downtown Zanesville, Oh Quality Care Partners sought out a local turn key construction company to complete the work. Lepi Enterprises did the initial environmental study on the new building which uncovered the presence of asbestos fibers. Lepi Enterprises then performed the necessary abatement procedures to safely remove the asbestos from the building. Finally, after receiving finalized plans Lepi Enterprises performed the full construction services on the new Quality Care Partners corporate office.
